Is your shopping cart secure?
Our shopping cart is secured through Verisign and
it is certified through SecurityMetrics.
When you provide
us with any personal information including your name, address,
e-mail and credit card number, it is processed over a secure
connection on secure servers. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to
encrypt all information you provide before sending it to our
servers. SSL is the industry standard and the best software
available for secure ecommerce transactions
How much is shipping?
Shipping in $8.00 for US orders, $20.00 for
Canada, and $30.00 for all other countries. The customer is
responsible for any customs charges, duties, tariffs, etc.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In stock merchandise is shipped UPS Priority
within 1-2 business days unless the item ordered is not regular
stock or it is on backorder. Availability is listed in the item
description. Items that are NOT regular stock take 5-7
business days to receive from the manufacturer. You should
receive these items within 7-10 business days from the time your
order is placed. You will be notified if an item ordered is on
backorder. You will have the option of removing that item from your
order or waiting for it to come in. Backordered items will ship as
soon as they become available.
What is your return policy?
Unworn merchandise may be returned for exchange
or store credit less shipping within 7 days from the time you
receive your order. We will not accept merchandise for exchange or
store credit after 7 days. In the case of defect, items will
be replaced with the same item at to additional charge.
A Return Authorization number is required. This
number becomes your store credit transaction ID so please do not
return merchandise without getting a Return Authorization Number.
Contact us for a return authorization number and
return shipping address. Orders
returned to us without a return authorization number will not be
accepted as we have no way to track the order and we can not be
responsible if your return is lost or misdirected.
*Costumes are size exchange only.
*Lingerie is not returnable.
*Evening Gowns and Evening Dresses are size
exchange only.
*Items listed as Special Order are not
returnable.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American
Express, PayPal, and money orders.
Charges to your credit card will appear as Wild
Child Clothing.
Most credit card fraud involve orders with
different shipping and billing addresses so we will only ship to
the credit card billing address or verified PayPal address -
even if you enter a different shipping
address.
Foreign Customers
We contact card issuing banks for address
verification on all foreign orders. We reserve the right to
refuse foreign orders based on the recommendation of our credit card
processing institution.
Why was my credit card declined?
The most common reason for a credit card to be
declined is "AVS Mismatch". The order form requires the credit card
billing address. The billing address is the address at which you
receive your credit card statement of bill.
I don't want to use a credit card. How do I place an
order?
You can pay with a money order. Print the order
page. Be sure to include the item number and the additional amount
for shipping in your total. We will also need your shipping
address, email address and telephone number so that we can contact
you about your order if necessary.
What do you do with my personal information?
Your personal information is only used for
processing and shipping your order. Credit card numbers are
automatically deleted from our system after 30 days. We do not send
unsolicited email.
